At Wilson Dermatology, we deliver quality and compassionate dermatology care for Wilson and all of Eastern North Carolina. Dr. Gloria Graham founded Wilson Dermatology over 30 years ago, and our dedicated and experienced staff continues to offer high-quality, caring dermatology services to our patients.

Our comprehensive services cover a full range of dermatological needs, addressing diseases of the skin, hair, and nails. Wilson Dermatology specializes in the diagnosis and care of conditions such as Acne, Psoriasis, and Dermatitis, and we perform surgical skin procedures, including the removal of moles, tags, and cysts. Additionally, we proudly offer EltaMD® products.

Our clinic staff is proficient in diagnosing and treating skin cancers, providing specialized treatment with Mohs Micrographic Surgery. This procedure is conducted by a Fellowship-trained provider with over 20 years of surgical experience.
