Carolina Mountain Dermatology, founded by Dr. Cogburn in 1986, is now part of The Skin Surgery Center. We offer a wide range of general and cosmetic dermatology services, as well as Mohs Micrographic Surgery. In addition, we offer a full line of aesthetic treatments and skincare products. Our services include the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the skin, hair, and nails, as well as biopsies and surgery for the treatment of skin cancer. Our cosmetic services include a range of injectables - BOTOX®, Dysport® and facial fillers - JUVÉDERM™, Voluma, Sculptra®, Restylane®, Lyft, Defyne, Refyne, Radiesse® and Belotero®.
